<h2>Paul Wilson</h2><p><em> Managing Director</em><br>Paul founded the company in 2006 as a machine vision components distribution business. Representing Scorpion Vision in the UK, before adding engineering capability and growing the team. Now providing the automation services and components sales with continued success that sees the company as a premium machine vision business today. </p>
<h2>Pippa Byrne</h2><p><em>Operations Director</em><br> The company matriarch, Pippa has been with Scorpion Vision for nearly nine years so there isn't much in the running of the business that she isn't involved in. Building relationships with customers and suppliers, Pippa's focus on detail is a great asset to all aspects of the business. Her operations role is wide and varied but can largely be summed up in four words, Buying, Selling and Financial Management. She also looks after the Scorpion Software and Maintenance programmes for many of our systems customers. <BR>Pippa is also the Pixelink Product Manager.</p>
<h2>Tim Tanner</h2><p><em>Machine Vision Guru</em><br>Tim was originally a founder member of Scorpion Vision, he left to pursue an alternative career in IT development before realising that where he really wanted to be was back with the team at Scorpion Vision. Before pursuing an IT career Tim worked extensively as a mechanical engineer in the design, process and control sector. This combined with the programming language and IT skills means that Tim has an exceptional set of skills for the core work that Scorpion Vision undertakes on a daily basis. </p>
<h2>Fred Gabel</h2><p><em>Machine Vision Guru</em><br>Fred has been the longest serving UK based Scorpion Vision engineer, and in that time has overseen the installation of multiple projects. The first was a straightforward 2D robot guidance application, recently he has been involved in the challenging implementation of a high speed bread inspection system. Fred was involved with some of our first ground-breaking 3D robot vision applications, culminating in the business winning the PPMA’s innovation award in the Autumn of 2019</p>
<h2>Robyn Lewis</h2><p><em>Sales Support Expert</em><br>Robyn is the most mild mannered of the team, which is just as well as she is also the person that people are most likely to encounter first in any dealings with Scorpion Vision. You can see the plaudits to Robyn in the customer testimonials where it is plainly obvious that she takes customer care to the highest level. Robyn’s passion is travelling, recently she travelled around Asia, Australia and finished with a camper van trip around New Zealand. <BR>Robyn is also Product Manager for The Imaging Source</p>
<h2>Josh Barton-Coup</h2><p><em>Technical Support Guru</em><br>Josh joined us as a machine vision apprentice and was thrown into the deep end when he had to travel to a farm in the Scottish lowlands in his very first week, to assist with the commissioning of a brussels sprout robot peeling system. These days Josh’s responsibilities have widened to encompass everything from application support to technical sales. A role in which he excels. <BR>Josh is Product Manager for the Arducam Camera portfolio.</p>
<h2>Angus Simpson</h2><p><em>Machine Vision Guru</em><br>Angus graduated from University with a First Class Honours degree in Computer Science. He has a very keen interest in technology, particularly in AI and robotics which means he is a perfect fit at SVL. Angus originally joined the Royal Marines before deciding to become an engineer. Nowadays he trains in martial arts, so if we have issues with difficult customers, Angus goes first.</p>
